§ 6a Weiterleitung und Abrechnung sonstiger Beiträge
(1) Die §§ 5 und 6 gelten entsprechend für Beitragszahlungen und Beitragsweiterleitungen nach § 252 Abs. 2 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch. (2) Die Krankenkasse hat dem Bundesamt für Soziale Sicherung als Verwalter des Gesundheitsfonds die für die Erstellung der Abrechnung nach Absatz 1 erforderlichen Datengrundlagen auf Anforderung vorzulegen. Das Bundesamt für Soziale Sicherung bestimmt das Nähere über die Datenlieferungen nach Anhörung des Spitzenverbandes Bund der Krankenkassen.
