§ 1.
Keeleõppe õppekohtade arv 2019. aastal võrdub välismaalaste arvuga, kes on käesoleva määruse jõustumise päevaks esitanud keeleõppelepingu sõlmimise avalduse ja vastavad kodakondsuse seaduse § 8³ lõikes 2 sätestatud tingimustele.
