§ 29a
1 Die Transparenz in der Politik wird gewährleistet, indem: a. die im Kantonsrat vertretenen politischen Parteien ihre Finanzierung offenlegen; b. die Finanzierung von bedeutenden Kampagnen im Hinblick auf kantonale Wahlen und Abstimmungen offengelegt werden; c. die vom Volk in öffentliche kantonale Ämter gewählten Personen ihre Interessenbindungen offenlegen. 2 Das Gesetz regelt die Einzelheiten. Angenommen in der Volksabstimmung vom 22. Sept. 2024, in Kraft seit 27. Sept. 2024. Gewährleistungsbeschluss vom 22. Sept. 2025 (BBl 2025 2770 Art. 2, 1707).
