1 Jede Veränderung der schweizerischen Bundesverfassung muss dem Volke zur Annahme oder Verwerfung vorgelegt werden. 2 Das Ergebnis der daherigen Abstimmung gilt zugleich als Standesstimme (Art. 121 BV). SR 101 [BS 1 3; AS 1977 2230]. Den genannten Bestimmungen entsprechen heute die Art. 136, 139, 140, 192 und 194 der BV vom 18. April 1999 (SR 101).
