1) Hochschulprofessoren führen die Bezeichnung "Professor", solange sie an der Hochschule angestellt sind.
2) Das Recht, die Bezeichnung "Professor" zu führen, erlischt beim Ausscheiden aus der Hochschule. Die Hochschule kann die Beibehaltung der Bezeichnung in begründeten Fällen, insbesondere bei Erreichen des Pensionsalters, bewilligen.
