Art. 42 Entzug von Bewilligungen
Die Bewilligung zur Errichtung und Führung der Hochschule wird von der Regierung entzogen, wenn: a) die Voraussetzungen für die Erteilung der Bewilligung nicht oder nicht mehr vorliegen; oder b) die Anordnungen nach Art. 41 nicht befolgt werden.
