Art. 12 Prüfungsteile 1 und 2
1 Die Prüfungsteile 1 und 2 sind im Rahmen der vom Europäischen Patentamt durchgeführten europäischen Eignungsprüfung zu absolvieren. 2 Bei Vorliegen ausserordentlicher Umstände kann die Prüfungskommission Ersatzprüfungen anbieten, die mit den Prüfungsaufgaben A und B der europäischen Eignungsprüfung gleichwertig sind.
