Art. 34 Aktenheft
1 Das Aktenheft wird während fünf Jahren nach Löschung einer Eintragung im Register oder während fünf Jahren nach Abweisung eines Antrags auf Eintragung aufbewahrt. 2 In das Aktenheft können Einsicht nehmen: a. die in das Register eingetragene Person; b. Dritte, die ein begründetes Interesse nachweisen.
