Art. 36 Hochschulabschlüsse
Natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Bachelor-, Master-, Diplom- oder Lizenziatsabschlüsse an Hochschulen im Sinne von Artikel 3 des Universitätsförderungsgesetzes vom 8. Oktober 1999 werden als inländische Hochschulabschlüsse im Sinne von Artikel 4 PAG anerkannt, auch wenn die Hochschule zum Zeitpunkt des Abschlusses nicht akkreditiert war. SR 414.20
