Art. 38 Verwendung der Berufsbezeichnung während der Übergangsfrist
Personen, die die Voraussetzungen für die Eintragung in das Patentanwaltsregister nach Artikel 19 Absatz 1 PAG erfüllen, dürfen sich während der Frist für die Einreichung des Antrags nach Artikel 19 Absatz 2 PAG auch dann «Patentanwältin» oder «Patentanwalt», «conseil en brevets», «consulente in brevetti» oder «patent attorney» nennen, wenn sie noch nicht im Patentanwaltsregister eingetragen sind.
