Ausbildungsverpflichtung 1 Folgende Betriebe sind zur Ausbildung von Pflegefachpersonen HF und FH verpflichtet: a. Spitäler mit Standort im Kanton Obwalden auf der kantonalen Spitalliste gemäss Art. 39 Abs. 1 Bst. e KVG2); b. Pflegeheime mit Standort im Kanton Obwalden auf der kantonalen Pflegeheimliste gemäss Art. 39 Abs. 1 Bst. e und Abs. 3 KVG3); c. Spitex-Organisationen, die für Leistungen im Kanton Obwalden zulasten der obligatorischen Krankenpflegeversicherung abrechnen.
