Sanktionsarten 1 Die Anspruchsvoraussetzungen auf gemeinnützige Arbeit (GA) werden unter Artikel 79a StGB definiert. 2 GA ist zulässig für Freiheitsstrafen, Bussen4) und Geldstrafen. 1) Beitritt des Kantons Wallis am 27.09.2017. Inkrafttreten am 01.01.2018. 2) SR 311.0 3) SR 311.01 * Änderungstabellen am Schluss des Erlasses 3 GA ist nicht mehr möglich, wenn die Busse oder Geldstrafe nicht bezahlt und der Vollzug der Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe5) angeordnet wurde.
