Vorübergehende Aussetzung 1 Die zuständige Behörde kann aus schwerwiegenden Gründen oder als vorsorgliche Massnahme eine vorübergehende Aussetzung der GA anordnen. 2 Bei Bestehen einer Restfreiheitsstrafe wird diese unverzüglich im Normalvollzug vollstreckt. 3 Ein Sachentscheid wird binnen 10 Tagen gefällt.
