Reststrafe 1 Sind eine oder mehrere Reststrafen nach einem Widerruf der bedingten Entlassung zu vollziehen, so ist für die Bemessung der Strafdauer massgeblich: a) falls vom Richter in neuer Sache keine Gesamtstrafe ausgefällt wurde: die Reststrafe; b) falls vom Richter in neuer Sache eine Gesamtstrafe ausgefällt wurde: die Gesamtstrafe in neuer Sache.
