Art. 59 Koordinationsverfahren
1) Folgende Stellen sind von der Baubehörde im Rahmen des Koordinationsverfahrens nach Art. 78 des Gesetzes einzubeziehen: a) die entscheidungsbefugten Stellen nach Anhang 3; b) die anhörungsberechtigten Stellen nach Anhang 4. 2) Die Baubehörde hat dem Amt für Kultur nach Eingang des Baugesuches Kopien des Übersichts- und Situationsplanes zur Information zu übermitteln.
