Art. 7bis
Die Bestimmungen des Artikels 7 sind ebenfalls anwendbar, wenn das Urheberrecht den Miturhebern eines Werkes gemeinschaftlich zusteht, wobei die an den Tod des Urhebers anknüpfenden Fristen vom Zeitpunkt des Todes des letzten überlebenden Miturhebers an gerechnet werden.
