1 La commission de construction désignée pour l'édification ou la rénovation d'un bâtiment au sens de l'article 2 du présent règlement constitue une Commission pour l'intervention artistique (ci-après : la CoArt) aussitôt que le crédit d'étude a été octroyé. 2 Les membres externes selon l'article 7, alinéa 1, lettre g) et alinéa 2 de la CoArt, sont indemnisés sur la base d'un contrat de mandat ad hoc.
