§ 29. Õppekeel
(1) (2) Kutsekeskhariduse õppekava õppekeel on eesti keel. Muu õppekava õppekeele otsustab kooli pidaja. (3) Õppekaval, kus on eesti keelest erinev õppekeel, on eesti keele õpe kohustuslik kooli õppekavas sätestatud mahus, mis tagab eesti keele oskuse tasemel, mis on vajalik omandatud erialal töötamiseks. (4) (5) Kurti või kuulmislangusega õpilast õpetades võib peale eesti keele kasutada eesti viipekeelt ja viibeldud eesti keelt.
