1 Wird eine Rohrleitungsanlage undicht, so hat die Unternehmung unverzüglich alle geeigneten Massnahmen zu treffen, um das Entstehen oder die Ausbreitung eines Schadens zu verhindern und entstandene Schäden oder Gefahren raschestens zu beheben. 2 Das Bundesamt und die von der Kantonsregierung bezeichnete Alarmstelle sind unverzüglich zu benachrichtigen.
