Art. 13 Stellung der Patientinnen und Patienten
Ist eine Patientin oder ein Patient in die Warteliste aufgenommen worden, so wird sie oder er für die Zuteilung einer Niere einer verstorbenen Person nach den Artikeln 28–32 der Organzuteilungsverordnung vom 16. März 2007 nicht berücksichtigt, solange die Ermittlung kompatibler Paare und der besten Kombination sowie die Zuteilung nach dieser Verordnung im Gange sind. SR 810.212.4
