Art. 21 Aufgaben des BAG
1 Das BAG trägt die Verantwortung für das SwissKiPaDoS. Es ist für die Sicherheit des SwissKiPaDoS und die Rechtmässigkeit der Bearbeitung der Personendaten verantwortlich. 2 Artikel 34c Absatz 2 Buchstaben b–f der Organzuteilungsverordnung vom 16.
