Art. 13 IV. Einsatzleitung
Polizei und Feuerwehr Liegt die Verantwortung für den Ersteinsatz bei einer Katastrophe, Notlage oder einem Grossereignis bei Polizei oder Feuerwehr, so führen diese möglichst lange selbstständig über ihre Gesamteinsatzleitung oder Katastropheneinsatzleitung. Der Gemeindeführungsstab unterstützt in diesem Fall die Einsatzleitung von Polizei oder Feuerwehr.
