1 Der Naturschutzfonds wird geäufnet durch Zuweisungen von Mitteln von Bund, Kanton und Dritten sowie den Zinserträgen. 2 Gemäss Art. 24 Abs. 2 Finanzhaushaltgesetz sind Spezialfinanzierungen zu verzinsen. Die Verzinsung erfolgt auf den Anfangsbestand des jeweiligen Jahres zum Sparheftzinssatz der Schaffhauser Kantonalbank, welcher am 1. Januar eines jeden Jahres gilt.
