Das Bundesministerium für Verbraucherschutz, Ernährung und Landwirtschaft gibt gemäß § 9 Nr. 3 des Berlin/Bonn-Gesetzes vom 26. April 1994 (BGBl. I S. 918), der durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 21. September 1997 (BGBl. I S. 2390) geändert worden ist, in Verbindung mit der Bekanntmachung des Bundeskanzlers über die Sitzentscheidung der Bundesregierung vom 22. Juli 1999 (BGBl. I S. 1725) bekannt: Die Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung wird mit Wirkung vom 9. Mai 2005 ihren Sitz von Frankfurt a. M. nach Bonn verlegen. Damit wird die im Gesetz über die Errichtung einer Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung vom 2. August 1994 (BGBl. I S. 2018, 2019), zuletzt geändert durch das Gesetz vom 31. März 2004 (BGBl. I S. 484), getroffene Sitzentscheidung vollzogen. Nach dem Umzug gelten folgende Anschrift, Postanschrift, Telefon- und Fax-Nummern: Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung Deichmanns Aue 29 53179 Bonn Postanschrift: 53168 Bonn Telefon: 0 18 88 68 45-0 Fax: 0 18 88 68 45-34 44
