§ 3. Nõukogu töö juhtimine
(1) Nõukogu tööd juhib esimees. (2) Nõukogu valib oma liikmete seast aseesimehe. Esimehe äraolekul juhib nõukogu tööd aseesimees. (3) Esimehe ja aseesimehe äraolekul juhib koosolekut vastavalt käesoleva määruse § 4 lõikes 6 sätestatule koosoleku juhataja.
