Art. 12 Voraussetzungen
Zum Besitz einer Waffe, eines wesentlichen oder eines besonders konstruierten Waffenbestandteils oder eines Waffenzubehörs ist berechtigt, wer den Gegenstand rechtmässig erworben hat.
