§ 4 Unterschiedliche Behandlung wegen mehrerer Gründe
Erfolgt eine unterschiedliche Behandlung wegen mehrerer der in § 1 genannten Gründe, so kann diese unterschiedliche Behandlung nach den §§ 8 bis 10 und 20 nur gerechtfertigt werden, wenn sich die Rechtfertigung auf alle diese Gründe erstreckt, derentwegen die unterschiedliche Behandlung erfolgt.
