Art. 8 Risikoeinstufungssystem
1) Unternehmen mit Sitz im Inland werden im Hinblick auf das Risiko von Verstössen gegen die Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 561/2006 oder (EU) Nr. 165/2014 klassifiziert. Unternehmen mit einer hohen Risikoeinstufung sind strenger und häufiger zur prüfen. 2) Als Verstoss im Sinne von Abs. 1 gelten insbesondere die in der Liste des Anhangs III der Richtlinie 2006/22/EG aufgeführten Handlungen.
