1 Gegen den Entscheid des kantonalen Verrechnungssteueramtes kann innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung bei dieser Amtsstelle schriftlich Einsprache erhoben werden. 2 Auf das Einspracheverfahren finden die Bestimmungen der Artikel 42 und 44 sinngemässe Anwendung. 3 Vorbehalten bleibt Artikel 55.
