Art. 70a
Die Artikel 4a, 12 Absatz 1bis und 16 Absatz 2 sind auch auf Tatbestände anwendbar, welche vor Inkrafttreten dieser Bestimmungen eingetreten sind, es sei denn, die Steuerforderung sei verjährt oder bereits rechtskräftig festgesetzt. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I 4 des BG vom 10. Okt. 1997 über die Reform der Unternehmensbesteuerung 1997, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 1998 (AS 1998 669; BBl 1997 II 1164).
