§ 138. Inventuuri tegija määramine
Notar määrab inventuuri tegijaks kohtutäituri. Kui pärand avanes välisriigis, määrab notar inventuuri tegijaks kohtutäituri, kelle tööpiirkonnas asub pärandvara hulka kuuluv kinnisasi. Kui pärand avanes välisriigis ja pärandvara hulka ei kuulu Eestis asuvat kinnisasja, määrab notar kohtutäituri omal äranägemisel.
