Kui pärand on avanenud enne 2009. aasta 1. jaanuari ja kohustus täidetakse pärandi arvel pärast 2009. aasta 1. jaanuari, kohaldatakse kohustuste täitmise järjekorda määrates käesolevas seaduses sätestatut.
