§ 25. Koduse testamendi kehtivuse aeg
(1) Kodune testament kaotab kehtivuse, kui selle tegemise päevast on möödunud kuus kuud ja testaator sel ajal elab. (2) Kui koduses testamendis ei ole märgitud selle tegemise kuupäeva ega aastat ning ka muul viisil ei ole võimalik tuvastada testamendi tegemise aega, on testament tühine.
