Informationsaustausch (Art. 24 BBiG) 1 Die lernende Person, der Anbieter der Bildung in beruflicher Praxis und die übrigen in der Ausbildung und Betreuung aktiven Personen tauschen alle nötigen Informationen über den Verlauf der Ausbildung aus. 2 Diese Informationen beziehen sich insbesondere auf ungenügende schulische Leistungen, unpassendes Verhalten oder häufige Abwesenheit der lernenden Person. 3 Vor einem Informationsaustausch wird die lernende Person angehört. Ihre Meinung zu diesem Informationsaustausch gilt als Stellungnahme.
