Dispens vom Unterricht 1 Das Amt kann eine lernende Person vom beruflichen Unterricht und/oder vom Qualifikationsverfahren teilweise oder vollständig dispensieren. 2 Das Amt berücksichtigt insbesondere die erbrachten Bildungsleistungen im Sinne des Bundesrechts. 3 Es kann vorab die betroffene Berufsfachschule oder die betroffenen Kommissionen anhören.
