Disziplinarmassnahmen gegenüber Lernenden (Art. 33 BBiG) – Befugnisse des Amts 1 Das Amt kann folgende Disziplinarmassnahmen verhängen: a) Ausschlussdrohung; b) Ausschluss durch Widerruf der Genehmigung des Lehrvertrags. 2 Ausser in schwerwiegenden Fällen kann der Ausschluss nur verhängt werden, wenn zuvor eine Ausschlussdrohung ausgesprochen worden ist.
