Schulmediation (Art. 34 BBiG) 1 Die Konferenz führt für jede Berufsfachschule, Lehrwerkstätte und Schule mit Praktikum einen Mediationsdienst ein, koordiniert und verwaltet ihn und ist für ihn verantwortlich. 2 Das Reglement der Mediationsdienste wird vom Amt auf Antrag der Konferenz genehmigt.
