Zweck Die Stadt Chur verfolgt eine Verkehrspolitik, welche der Wohnlichkeit der Stadt und der Vermeidung von Luftverschmutzung, Lärm und Verkehrsgefahren den Vorrang einräumt. Sie fördert deshalb den Velo- und Fussgängerverkehr, sorgt für ein ausreichendes Angebot des städtischen Busbetriebes und strebt eine Plafonierung sowie längerfristig eine Reduktion des privaten Motorfahrzeugverkehrs an.
