§ 2. Täiendusõppe maht
(1) Pankrotihalduril tuleb hindamisperioodi iga aasta kohta läbida 40 tundi täiendusõpet. Viieaastase hindamisperioodi jooksul tuleb läbida 200 tundi täiendusõpet. (2) Saneerimisnõustajal tuleb hindamisperioodi iga aasta kohta läbida 20 tundi täiendusõpet. Viieaastase hindamisperioodi jooksul tuleb läbida 100 tundi täiendusõpet.
