Art. 64 Decisione per atti materiali
1Chiunque ha un interesse degno di protezione può esigere che l’autorità competente per atti materiali che si fondano sul diritto pubblico e che toccano diritti od obblighi: a) ometta, cessi o revochi atti materiali illeciti; b) elimini le conseguenze di atti materiali illeciti; c) accerti l’illiceità di atti materiali. 2L’autorità si pronuncia mediante decisione formale, impugnabile con i rimedi ordinari di diritto.
