Title 34.1 Uniform Commercial Code

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

34.1-2-601. Buyer's rights on improper delivery.

(a) Subject to the provisions of this article on breach in installment contracts (section 34.1-2-612) and unless otherwise agreed under the sections on contractual limitations of remedy (sections 34.1-2-718 and 34.1-2-719) if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may: (i) Reject the whole; or (ii) Accept the whole; or (iii) Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
