Geltungsbereich 1 Die JVA Bostadel vollzieht Freiheitsstrafen an Straftätern gemäss Art. 40 und Art. 76 Abs. 2 StGB1) sowie Massnahmen und Verwahrungen gemäss Art. 63 und Art. 64 StGB. Straftäter mit Massnahmen nach Art. 59, 60 oder 61 StGB können in Ausnahmefällen zeitlich befristet aufgenommen werden. 2 Gefangene im vorzeitigen Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug gemäss Art. 236 StPO2) sind den übrigen Gefangenen gleichgestellt.
