Tomatenhaus, Frühbeetkästen und Beetabdeckungen 1 Als Tomatenhaus gelten Konstruktionen mit einer Klimahülle zur Pflanzenproduktion. Die Klimahülle muss witterungsbeständig sein und darf bei Bruch nicht splittern (kein Fensterglas). 2 Das Tomatenhaus darf eine Grundfläche von maximal 5,00 m2 und eine Höhe von maximal 1,80 m ab gewachsenem Terrain aufweisen. Es sind nur Punktfundamente zulässig. 3 Saisonbedingte, provisorische Klimahüllen sind nur im Zeitraum 1. März bis 31. Oktober zulässig. 4 Treibbeete und einfache Beetabdeckungen (mit Folien, Vlies usw.) sind bis zu einer Höhe von maximal 60 cm zulässig und gelten nicht als Tomatenhaus. Pro Parzelle ist ein Treibbeet mit einer maximalen Länge von 5,00 m zulässig.
