Vorschriften für den Betrieb von Feuerungsanlagen in Gartenhäusern 1 Für den Betrieb von Einzelfeuerungsanlagen in Gartenhäusern ist als Brennstoff nur Gas zugelassen. 2 Die Abgase der Feuerungsanlagen sind in Kaminanlagen über das Dach abzuleiten. Die Kaminhöhe muss die Dachfläche im rechten Winkel mindestens um 1,00 m überragen. 3 Nicht mit Gas betriebene Einzelfeuerungsanlagen (z. B. Holzöfen) müssen innert fünf Jahren nach Inkrafttreten der Familiengartenverordnung stillgelegt oder ersetzt werden. 4 Feuerungsanlagen müssen die Brandschutzvorschriften der kantonalen Gebäudeversicherung erfüllen.
