Art. 15 Titre I Conciliation
Litiges patrimoniaux 1 L'émolument forfaitaire de conciliation est fixé en principe comme il suit : - de 0 à 2'000 francs : 150 francs - de 2'001 à 5'000 francs : 210 francs - de 5'001 à 10'000 francs : 300 francs - de 10'001 à 30'000 francs : 360 francs - de 30'001 à 100'000 francs : 900 francs - 100'001 francs et plus : 1'200 francs plus 0,25% de la valeur qui dépasse 500'000 francs, mais au maximum 5'000 francs.
