Verfügung 1 In der Verfügung über die Gewährung von Beiträgen werden mindestens die Höhe und die Art des Beitrags sowie der Zeitpunkt der Auszahlung festgelegt. 2 Die Gemeinde kann Bedingungen und Auflagen festlegen. 3 Die Gewährung von Beiträgen für Folgejahre steht unter dem Vorbehalt, dass das Parlament den entsprechenden Budgetkredit beschliesst.
