§ 7 Haushalts- und Wirtschaftsführung
(1) Für die Haushalts- und Wirtschaftsführung gilt § 113 der Bundeshaushaltsordnung. (2) Für jedes Kalenderjahr sind ein Wirtschaftsplan und eine Jahresrechnung aufzustellen, die der Genehmigung des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur bedürfen. In der Jahresrechnung sind der Bestand des Sondervermögens einschließlich der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sowie die Einnahmen und Ausgaben nachzuweisen. (3) Eine Kreditaufnahme ist unzulässig.
