Inkrafttreten Dieses Wahlreglement wurde von der Verwaltungskommission StWS mit Beschluss vom 13. September 2017 und am 15. Oktober 2017 (im Zirkularverfahren) definitiv genehmigt. Vom Stadtrat wurde es im Beschluss vom 26. September genehmigt. Es tritt per 1. November 2017 in Kraft.
