Ai sensi dell’art. 1d dell’ordinanza sulla previdenza professionale per la vecchiaia, i superstiti e l’invalidità del 18 aprile 1984 (OPP 2), l’Istituto di previdenza può proporre fino a tre piani di previdenza in primato dei contributi per le prestazioni di vecchiaia.
