Art. 3 Prestazioni dell’Istituto di previdenza
L’Istituto di previdenza eroga le prestazioni previste dalla presente legge e dalle norme del regolamento. Sono in ogni caso garantite le prestazioni minime della legge federale sulla previdenza professionale per la vecchiaia, i superstiti e l’invalidità del 25 giugno 1982 (LPP).
